Smartphone and tech buying in Geneva
We consider buying smartphones, tablets, computers, consoles and certain tech accessories. Each device is assessed individually according to its brand, model, condition, working order and commercial appeal. You can request a free, indicative initial estimate online with no obligation. Any offer remains subject to a physical check in store; no purchase is guaranteed.
The online estimate is indicative: a device’s actual working order can only be checked in store. Lost or stolen devices, or devices whose ownership cannot be established, are not accepted. Devices protected by an iCloud or Google account or any other lock must be unlocked and removed from their owner’s account before any purchase.

Before selling your device
- Back up your personal data
- Sign out of your accounts (Apple, Google, console…)
- Turn off locks such as “Find My” or Google lock
- Remove the SIM card and memory card, where applicable

Which devices do you consider?

Do you accept a locked device?
Not as it is. Lost or stolen devices, or devices whose ownership cannot be established, are not accepted. A device protected by an iCloud or Google account or any other lock must be unlocked and removed from its owner’s account before any purchase.
Do I need the charger or the box?
No, they are not required. They are still useful: state in your request what you have and bring them to your visit.
Is the online estimate an offer?
No. It remains indicative. An offer is only made after a physical check of the device in store, and you remain free to decline it.
