2. Pre-owned products
The items offered are pre-owned or refurbished products. Their condition is described as accurately as possible and each piece is inspected by our experts before being listed. Light signs of wear may remain.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included. Amounts in euros (EUR) are indicative only. Online payment is secured via Shopify. In-store payment can be made in cash, by card or by bank transfer.
4. Warranty
All our items are covered by a 12 to 24 month warranty, and more depending on the item. The warranty covers functional defects and excludes normal wear, shocks, moisture and any third-party intervention.
5. Authenticity
Every item is authenticated by our experts before sale. Cash For You is committed to selling only genuine products.
6. Pickup and delivery
In-store pickup is available during opening hours. Any shipping is subject to prior confirmation with the customer.
7. Returns and exchanges
In accordance with Swiss law, purchases of pre-owned items do not come with a right of withdrawal. Contact us before returning anything. Returns are accepted only for defective items, after inspection by Cash For You and with proof of purchase. Exchanges are not accepted. Depending on the situation and after examining the item, Cash For You will inform you of the applicable arrangements.
7a. Unique items and simultaneous sales
Each second-hand item is unique and offered both online and in our Geneva shop. If an item ordered online was sold in store at the same moment, we will let you know as soon as possible, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded within 48 hours, and we will offer you a goodwill gesture as an apology.
8. Buy-back and valuation
Valuations, including online ones, are indicative and non-binding. The firm offer is made after a physical inspection of the item in store. The buy-back is formalised by a contract and immediate payment.
