Do I need the invoice, box or dust bag?
No, they are not required. They are nevertheless useful: simply state in your request what you have and bring them to your visit.
My bag shows signs of use. Can I still submit it?
Yes. Describe the condition honestly (corners, handles, lining, closures) and attach sharp photos: condition is part of the examination.
Is the online estimate an offer?
No. It remains indicative. An offer is only made after a physical examination of the item in store, and you remain free to decline it.
