Do you buy broken gold jewellery?

Yes. Gold is bought by weight, including broken, bent or odd pieces, such as a snapped chain or a single earring.

Is a photo enough to know the value of my gold?

No. Photos allow a first indicative estimate. The value can only be established after a physical examination of the pieces in store.

How should I prepare my visit?

An online estimate first lets you present your pieces. For any question before coming, contact us by phone or email.

What if my jewellery is worth more than its gold?

Some designer or branded jewellery may be bought for resale rather than by weight. Mention it in your estimate request.

    Cash For You is an independent Geneva business specialising in buying, selling and valuing new, pre-owned and premium items.

    Behind Cash For You lies, above all, long hands-on experience. Its founder, Farid Dahmani, spent 14 years within the Cash Converters network, including at several locations in French-speaking Switzerland, before pursuing his entrepreneurial path in retail, mobile phones and multimedia.

    That experience gave rise to Cash For You in Geneva, with one goal: to offer a more personal, more demanding approach, suited to the way second-hand is evolving.

    For nine years, our Plainpalais shop has welcomed sellers and buyers across very different worlds: leather goods and luxury, watches, jewellery, smartphones, computing, gaming, photography, audio and much more.

    More than two decades of experience, now brought together under one roof: Cash For You.
